Publish Your Public League Page

Prepare and publish public LeagueFlow pages so supporters can see safe league information.

Beginner / 15 minutes / 2 min read

This tutorial prepares a league for public viewing.

Prerequisites

  • A league exists.
  • You are an organization Owner or Admin.
  • Organization management is available. A view-only organization cannot change league visibility.
  • The league information is ready for public visitors.
  • Any games you want visitors to see are published.
  • Public announcements, teams, standings, sponsors, and stats have been reviewed.

Public sharing
Visible to visitors

Share the public league destination when the league is ready.

Visitors can browse league pages without an account. Following and public Highlights engagement require sign-in, while organizer controls stay private.

Review league information

Check the league name, cover photo, description, season, division, league dates, teams, schedule, standings, announcements, sponsors, and leaderboards.

Open public sharing

From the league dashboard, find the Public sharing card.

Remove private details

Do not put private phone numbers, payment notes, internal staff notes, or unapproved roster details into public-facing league content.

Make the league public

Select Make league public. When the league is public, the card shows Visible to visitors.

Share and preview

Use Copy public link, Share to Facebook, Public share QR, or Open public page to share or review the public destination.

Expected result: supporters can view safe public league information without access to private organizer data.

If something blocks the workflow

  • If Make league public fails, confirm your role and organization plan access.
  • If a game is missing from the public schedule, confirm that the game is published and the league is public.
  • If Competition Overall or leaderboards are empty, confirm that published competition results and any required competition-game box scores have been saved. Match Games remain in their separate non-competition scope.
