This tutorial prepares a league for public viewing.
Prerequisites
- A league exists.
- The league information is ready for public visitors.
- Any games you want visitors to see are published.
- Public announcements, teams, standings, sponsors, and stats have been reviewed.
Share the public league destination when the league is ready.
Public visitors can browse league pages without an account; public surfaces stay read-only.

Announcements preview
Saturday double-header starts at 6 PM
Doors open early for warmups and ticket scanning.
Review league information
Check the league name, cover photo, description, season, division, league dates, teams, schedule, standings, announcements, sponsors, and leaderboards.
Open public sharing
From the league dashboard, find the Public sharing card.
Remove private details
Do not put private phone numbers, payment notes, internal staff notes, or unapproved roster details into public-facing league content.
Make the league public
Select Make league public. When the league is public, the card shows Visible to visitors.
Share and preview
Use Copy public link, Share to Facebook, Public share QR, or Open public page to share or review the public destination.
Expected result: supporters can view safe public league information without access to private organizer data.
