Add a Sponsor to a Public League Page
Create sponsor records, activate a public league agreement, and add a sponsor placement to a public page.

This tutorial takes one sponsor from an organization record to a visible placement on a public league page.
Prerequisites
- An organization and league exist.
- You are an organization Owner or Admin.
- Organization management is available.
- The league is public or ready to be made public.
- You have approved sponsor details, logo or media, target link, agreement dates, and placement terms.
Create the sponsor profile
Open the organization Sponsors area and select Create sponsor profile. Add the approved sponsor name, contact information, website, logo or media, and visibility details you are ready to store.

Prepare the league agreement
Open the league sponsors workspace and add the sponsor to the league. Record the agreed package, dates, value, payment status, public visibility, and active state.
The sponsor must have an active, public league agreement before a placement can appear to visitors.

Expected result: the sponsor has an active public league agreement and appears in the selected public page slot during the placement date window.
If something blocks the workflow
- If a sponsor does not appear, confirm the league, sponsor profile, league agreement, and placement are all public where required.
- If a slot is disabled, an existing placement already uses it for that sponsorship; edit the saved placement instead.
- If the placement is outside its start or end date, it will not be live yet.
- If the organization is view-only, restore plan access before changing sponsor records.
