More control over group stages and schedules
Organizers can manage phase groups, generate intra-group games, swap schedule slots, and filter busy league schedules more precisely.
LeagueFlow's scheduling workspace now gives organizers more control over group-stage competitions and crowded calendars.
The update connects group setup, schedule generation, slot adjustments, and schedule review in one phase-aware workflow.
Build the groups first
For a group-stage phase, organizers can open Manage Groups to:
- create and rename groups
- assign unassigned teams
- move teams between groups
- see which groups are ready for scheduling
The board shows group, assigned-team, unassigned-team, and ready-group totals. A group needs at least two teams before it can generate games.

Generate games inside each group
The group-stage generator creates games only between teams in the same group. Organizers can choose the groups to include and set the venue, date range, playable weekdays, first game time, games per date, duration, interval, and visibility.
Before games are created, the preview identifies included groups, skipped groups, and warnings.

Swap slots before or after generation
When two preview games need to exchange their date, time, venue, or duration, organizers can use Swap slot. The saved schedule follows the adjusted preview.
Existing eligible schedule games can also exchange schedule slots from the league schedule workspace.
Find the games that need attention
Schedule filters can narrow the workspace by phase, team, venue, status, visibility, date range, or scheduling issues. Organizers can also search, change layouts, duplicate games, bulk-reschedule selected games, and review schedule health before publishing.
