Reusable sponsor profiles
Owners and Admins can create organization-level sponsor profiles with contact information, public links, descriptions, and separate logo and banner media.
The profile can be reused across different leagues instead of entering the same sponsor details again.
Package templates
Reusable sponsorship packages can store defaults such as:
- package name and price
- sponsorship level
- public media display
- included placements
- sponsor benefits
Applying a package helps organizers start a league agreement with consistent details while still allowing league-specific adjustments.
League agreements and payments
A league sponsorship agreement connects a sponsor profile to one league. It can track:
- contribution type
- pledged and received cash
- payment and agreement status
- contract dates
- public visibility
- benefits and internal notes
Organizers can record manual cash payments and see pledged, received, and outstanding balances. LeagueFlow does not automatically invoice sponsors or collect recurring sponsorship payments in this release.
Public sponsor recognition
An active agreement can appear in the public sponsor directory when public visibility is enabled. Organizers can also create supported placement bands for other public league sections.
Logo-only, banner-only, and combined media settings help each placement use the right sponsor artwork.
