Sponsor management has two levels in LeagueFlow:
- Organization sponsors are reusable sponsor profiles and package templates.
- League sponsors are sponsor agreements assigned to one league, with pledged and received cash, payment status, public visibility, and public placements.
Use this guide when you need to manage sponsor records before deciding where they appear on public pages.

Who can manage sponsors
Sponsorship profile, package, league agreement, placement, and manual payment writes require organization Owner or Admin access in the current app.
Organization sponsor profiles
Open the organization sponsors page from the organization workspace.
The page header shows Sponsorships, the organization name, Back to organization, and summary badges for:
Total sponsorsActive sponsorsInactive sponsorsActive league sponsorships
The Sponsors tab lists reusable sponsor records. Use New sponsor to create a profile.
Sponsor profile fields

The profile sheet also shows Logo preview and Banner preview areas after media is chosen or a URL is entered.

Package templates
Use the Packages tab on the organization sponsors page to create reusable sponsorship packages.
Package templates help fill league sponsorship details faster. They can store default pricing, level, public media behavior, placement notes, and benefits.

Use New package to create a template. Existing package cards can be edited or disabled.

League sponsorships
Open the league sponsors page from the league workspace.
The page header shows League sponsorships, the league name, Sponsor profiles, and Back to league.
Summary cards show:

The Active sponsors card shows per-league plan usage. If the active sponsor limit is reached, the page shows an upgrade message. You can still manage sponsor profiles and draft agreements, but you may need to upgrade before activating more sponsors for that league.
Assign a sponsor to a league
Use Assign sponsor to connect an existing organization sponsor profile to the league.
Open league sponsors
Go to the league dashboard, then open the league sponsors page.

Sponsor records and filters
The league sponsor page lists sponsor records. Each record can show badges for level, agreement status, payment status, and public/private visibility.
Use the filters to narrow the list:

Use Summary PDF when you need a printable sponsor summary.
Record payments
Open Actions, then select Record payment.
The payment sheet tracks cash received for the sponsorship. If the sponsorship is not cash-bearing, payment recording is disabled.
Payment fields include:
Amount- payment date
- payment method
ReferencePayment notes
Saved rows appear under Payment history. Existing payments can be edited or deleted.

Public visibility and placements
Use public visibility only after the sponsor agreement should appear on public pages.
Open Actions, then use:

Public placement controls where sponsor cards or placement bands appear. See Place sponsors on public pages for page slots and public placement checks.
The public sponsor directory lists active public league sponsors by level. Placement rows are still needed when you want a sponsor band to appear on another public page.
Sponsor documents
The Actions menu can also create sponsor documents and email drafts:

Email actions require the sponsor profile to have an email address.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| A sponsor cannot be assigned | Confirm the sponsor profile exists in organization sponsor management. |
| A sponsor cannot be activated | Check the league's active sponsor plan limit. |
| Payment recording is disabled | Confirm the sponsorship contribution type is cash-bearing. |
| A sponsor is not public | Check Public visibility, agreement Status, and the public placement state. |
| A public amount should stay hidden | Set Public amount to Hide amount. |
| A sponsor card has no image | Add Sponsor logo, Sponsor banner, or URL fallbacks on the sponsor profile. |
