Place active public league sponsors on public page slots.

Sponsors are managed from organization and league sponsor workspaces in the signed-in app. Use this page after the sponsor profile and league sponsorship agreement already exist.
This guide focuses on placing active public league sponsors on public league pages such as the overview, schedule, standings, bracket, announcements, team, game, or leaderboard pages.
The public sponsor directory is separate from placement bands. It lists public active sponsors by level. Placement bands are the smaller sponsor sections that can appear on other public pages.
Before you start
- Create the organization and league first.
- Create sponsor profiles in the organization sponsors workspace.
- Assign the sponsor to the league before adding public placement.
- Make the sponsor agreement active before expecting public placement to appear.
- Turn on public visibility for the league sponsor.
- Publish the league if visitors need to open the public league route.

Sponsor data used by placements
| Sponsor area | How it affects public pages |

| Sponsor display name | Main name shown on sponsor cards and placements. |
| Logo or banner media | Visual media shown in sponsor cards when available. |
| Sponsor level | Label such as a package level or custom level. |
| Description | Optional public copy on sponsor cards or placements. |
| Website or Facebook link | Used by the Visit sponsor link when available. |
| Public visibility | Controls whether the sponsor can appear publicly. |
| Placement | Controls which public page slot can show the sponsor. |
Add a public sponsor placement
Open Public sponsor placement from the league sponsors workspace. When adding placements, the sheet lets you choose one or more available public page slots, then reuse the same title, link, description, dates, and active state for each selected slot. Editing changes one saved placement at a time.
Confirm the sponsor is active and public
Open the league sponsors page and check the sponsor agreement badges. If the sponsor is not active or public, the placement sheet warns that the placement will not appear publicly yet.
Assign sponsors, track pledged and received cash, and control public sponsor placements.
Public placements only appear when the sponsor agreement is active and public.

Select one or more available public page slots where the sponsor should appear. A slot that already exists for this sponsorship is disabled to prevent a duplicate.
Placement slots include the public overview, schedule, standings, bracket, announcements, team, game, leaderboard, and custom slots.
Assign sponsors, track pledged and received cash, and control public sponsor placements.
Public placements only appear when the sponsor agreement is active and public.

Troubleshooting
