Import league rosters from a spreadsheet
Owners and Admins can upload CSV or XLSX roster files, review every proposed team and player change, and confirm the import when it is ready.
LeagueFlow now helps organizers move existing team and player data into a league without entering every roster row by hand.
Use your existing spreadsheet
Organization Owners and Admins can open League teams and select Import spreadsheet. The workflow accepts CSV and XLSX files. A LeagueFlow template is available, but it is optional.

No LeagueFlow template is required. The first row should contain column names. Maximum 5 MiB and 1,000 data rows.

Teams can be created automatically
Players are checked for possible matches
Nothing saves before confirmation
Supported formats: CSV and XLSX. Formulas are read as their saved values; macros are never executed.
Review before anything is saved
The import uses four steps: Upload, Match columns, Review, and Results.
LeagueFlow can detect common headers, switch between XLSX worksheets, and request manual column matching when required identity fields are unclear. The review step shows every proposed team and player action before confirmation.
Possible existing-player matches require an explicit decision. Rows with blocking errors stay skipped, and upload or preview alone does not create records.
