Add Teams
Create team records inside a league before scheduling games or building rosters.
3 min read
Teams live inside a league. Create teams before building a full schedule or adding roster members.
Before you start
- You need access to the league organization.
- Team create and edit actions require organization Owner or Admin access.
- Scoped team managers can work in the team module when they receive access through league registration.
- Organization management must be available. View-only organizations cannot create teams until access is restored.
- Prepare the team name, home base, color, logo, public profile details, staff, and private contact notes when available.
Add teams
Open the league teams area
Start from the league dashboard and open the teams route.
The page is labeled League teams. Organization managers with management access see Back to league, Invite teams, Import spreadsheet, and Add team. If the organization is in view-only mode, Import spreadsheet is unavailable and managers see Upgrade to add teams instead of Add team.
