Open schedule management
From the league dashboard, open the league schedule area. The page is labeled as the league's schedule workspace.
Complete schedule setup
If the setup checklist appears, use Open teams, Open venues, and Manage phases until teams, venues, and phases are ready.
Pick the working phase
In Working phase, choose the phase you want to schedule. The selected phase controls defaults and phase-scoped publish actions.
Schedule games
Use Schedule a game to open the scheduling form. Choose the phase, matchup, venue, duration, start time, and schedule visibility for the fixture.
Review schedule health
Review the Schedule health card for Published, Draft, Conflicts, Warnings, Canceled, and Missing duration.
Publish when ready
Use Publish phase games when a phase schedule is ready for supporters. Use Move phase games to draft if the phase should be hidden again.
Expected result: the league has scheduled games that can be managed privately and shared publicly when ready.
