Use Schedule Views and Filters

Switch between table, cards, and calendar views to review the part of a league schedule you need.

3 min read

The private league schedule can show games as a table, cards, or a month calendar. All three views use the same status tab and filters, but each view is designed for a different kind of review.

Before you start

  • Open the schedule from the private league workspace.
  • Confirm the official league timezone. Calendar dates and times use this timezone.
  • Create games before expecting schedule results to appear.

Choose a schedule status

Start with one of the schedule tabs:

  • Published shows scheduled games that visitors can see when the league is public.
  • Drafts shows scheduled games that are still private.
  • Completed shows games with recorded results.
  • Canceled shows canceled games.

The selected tab controls what the table, cards, and calendar can show.

Narrow the schedule

Use search or filters to review a smaller part of the schedule. The current workspace can filter by phase, team, venue, game status, schedule visibility, date range, and games with issues.

On wide screens, the filter rail can stay beside the results. In compact layouts and in Calendar view, use the filter button to open filters in a sheet. Active filters appear as removable chips.

Use Calendar view

Select the calendar icon beside the table and card controls.

Calendar view shows the full filtered status tab in a league-timezone month grid. It does not use the paged slice from Table or Cards view.

  • Use the previous and next controls to move between months.
  • Use Today to return to the current month and date.
  • Select a date to open that day's schedule cards below the grid.
  • Published, draft, completed, and canceled games use different visual tones.
  • Conflict and warning markers remain visible in the month grid.
  • On narrow screens, each date uses compact status dots instead of full matchup labels.

Calendar view is for scanning and day-level review. It hides game-selection and batch controls. Switch back to Table or Cards before selecting games for publishing, phase assignment, bulk rescheduling, or other batch work.

Check the timezone

The month grid and day cards use the official league timezone. This keeps the same game on the same league date even when an organizer is traveling or using a device in another timezone.
