LeagueFlow helps organizers run basketball leagues from one workspace. The current app supports account access, organizations, leagues, teams, rosters, schedules, results, officials console workflows, box scores, standings, leaderboards, public league pages, sponsors, and prepaid plan upgrades.
Main areas
- Home gives signed-in users shortcuts to organizations, followed leagues, upcoming games, invitations, and recent work.
- Organizations hold members, leagues, venues, sponsors, branding, and subscription state.
- Leagues hold teams, schedules, phases, standings, leaderboards, announcements, sponsors, and public sharing controls.
- Teams and players help organizers manage rosters, player profiles, roster status, photos, and team details.
- Game day includes schedule result entry, the private officials console, completed-game box scores, and downstream standings updates.
- Public pages give supporters read-only access to published league information.
Common first setup path
Create or access your account
Register, sign in, or accept an invitation with the email tied to your LeagueFlow access.
Create an organization
Use an organization for the group that owns the league, venues, members, and billing state.
Create a league
Add the league details, then use the league dashboard as the anchor for teams, schedule, standings, and public sharing.
Add teams and rosters
Create teams first, then add players or reuse returning players where your access allows it.
Build and publish the schedule
Create games manually, use bulk scheduling, or generate round-robin drafts before publishing public schedule visibility.
