Create Your First Organization
Set up the organization that owns your leagues, members, venues, sponsors, and plan state.
3 min read
An organization is the main workspace for your league operations. It owns your leagues, members, venues, sponsor profiles, branding, and plan state.
Create an organization when you are ready to give your league group one place to manage setup and day-to-day work.
Before you start
- You need a signed-in account.
- Creating an organization makes you the organization Owner.
- Community Access creates the workspace immediately when it is available for your account.
- Pro and Pro Plus start hosted checkout first. The workspace is created only after backend-confirmed payment success.
Create the organization
Open the new organization page
From the signed-in app, open the organizations area and choose Create organization. The app opens the New organization page at /app/orgs/new. New users may also see the onboarding organization flow after account setup.

If checkout is canceled, fails, expires, or is still pending, no organization is created yet.
Hosted checkout
Paid plans create the workspace only after backend-confirmed payment.
Before payment
Selecting Pro or Pro Plus starts a PayMongo checkout session. The organization does not appear in the organization list before payment confirmation.
After return
If payment is still pending, the app asks the user to refresh. Failed, canceled, or expired checkout returns do not create an organization.
