Understand trial, view-only, and prepaid upgrade behavior for organizations.

Organization plan state controls management access and plan limits. Expired-trial organizations remain readable, but management actions become view-only until access is restored.
What is implemented now
Owners and admins can start PayMongo-hosted upgrade checkout for eligible organizations into pro or pro_plus with fixed prepaid duration options. Negotiated premium is visible in product surfaces but stays outside self-serve hosted checkout.
Checkout totals and activation are backend-owned. The frontend return state can refresh payment status, but it does not unlock access by itself. Verified PayMongo webhooks activate or extend paid access.
Upgrade an organization
Open the organization upgrade route
Start from the organization workspace or plan-status surface.
Review current state
Check the current plan, trial or paid-period status, limits, and any active-league overage signals.
Choose a self-serve plan and duration
Select an eligible paid plan and prepaid duration.
Complete hosted checkout
Pay through the provider-hosted checkout session.
Wait for backend confirmation
Paid access changes only after backend-confirmed checkout success.
Upgrade organization
Choose an eligible self-serve plan and prepaid duration. Access changes after backend-confirmed checkout.
